Εξετάσεις διαμεσολαβητών ποδοσφαίρου

Η Ελληνική Ποδοσφαιρική Ομοσπονδία ανακοινώνει ότι στις 3 Απριλίου 2014 και ώρα 10:00 π.μ. θα διενεργηθούν εξετάσεις για την άδεια Διαμεσολαβητών Μετεγγραφών (Player's Agents). Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι οφείλουν να προσκομίσουν, έως την 1 Απριλίου 2014, τα κάτωθι:

1. Αίτηση συμμετοχής στις εξετάσεις.

2. Πτυχίο Ανωτάτου Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος ή άλλης ισότιμης ημεδαπής ή αναγνωρισμένης αλλοδαπής σχολής.

3. Πιστοποιητικό επαρκούς γνώσεως μίας, τουλάχιστον, ξένης γλώσσας επίσημης για τη FIFA (Αγγλικά, Γαλλικά, Γερμανικά, Ισπανικά).

4. Αντίγραφο Ποινικού Μητρώου από το οποίο να προκύπτει ότι δεν συντρέχουν στο πρόσωπο του υποψηφίου τα ποινικά κωλύματα που αναφέρονται στο Παράρτημα Α΄ του Καταστατικού της ΕΠΟ.

5. Υπεύθυνη δήλωση που θα δηλώνει ότι δεν εμπίπτει στα κωλύματα του Παραρτήματος Α΄ του Καταστατικού της ΕΠΟ.

6. Φωτοτυπία διαβατηρίου-αστυνομικής ταυτότητας.

7. Παράβολο 2.000 ευρώ (το ποσόν καταβάλλεται στο λογιστήριο της ΕΠΟ).
